Our offer includes ready-made solutions that do not require a large amount of work related to creating an AI-based solution from scratch. Each client operates according to their own developed business model, to which automation must be adapted. Ready-made solutions are just such ready-made solutions that only require adaptation to a given company. Each implementation is counted individually.

Subscription gives the client more possibilities, is cheaper with the possibility of spreading the work over longer periods and during cooperation it is possible to obtain a wider range of advice and support in the implementation of automation and AI solutions. The client is bound for a longer period and is treated comprehensively, and allows us to plan work for a longer period and maintain a team of specialists. Depending on the business needs, 3 subscription packages are possible: small, medium and enterprise, which are related to the size of the needs and the speed of implementation of solutions that improve the company’s operation.

When considering which subscription plan to choose, you need to determine what you need, how quickly, and what budget you can allocate for it. If you choose one or more ready-made solutions, have a budget for it, and want to implement it quickly at once, you do not need a subscription, you simply receive a quote for a specific scope of work individually.

  • If you have small needs in implementing automation and want to do it economically and the work is spread over time, the Small plan is for you.
  • If you see several automation solutions that you can use and want to use them faster in your company, the Medium plan is for you.
  • If the scope of work will be based on implementations that require an individual approach on the basis of creating specific automation tailored to your needs or you need a team for your own project, the Enterprises plan will be right for you.

Each package has additional services that you can use during cooperation to further increase the efficiency of your company.

Choosing a monthly or annual subscription does not permanently bind you to the service because it is based on a specific scope of work to be completed over a minimum of 1 month or more. You pay for the subscription at the beginning of the work, which we settle at the end of the month and if you do not need further implementations, you simply do not pay for another month of subscription. There are no hidden costs or penalties for terminating the contract. It is important to remember that paying for a monthly or annual subscription and starting work with a team that has dedicated time to your business needs requires the completion of the work or its suspension for a period of time in exceptional situations, but you cannot apply for a refund of the monthly payment.

Unsubscribing from the Subscription does not require any action from you because the settlement is based on months (30 days) and after this time, in order to continue the subscription, you must pay another fee. In a situation where we have work planned for several months, you make the same payments every month, thanks to which you have control over the progress and effect of the work we agreed on. The work can be interrupted or suspended every month if such a need arises from the client.

There are 3 subscription plans: Small, Medium and Enterprises, which are dedicated to specific customer needs and the scope of work that is planned. It is possible to switch between plans every month, but this will affect the speed of task completion.

For example:

  • It is easier to switch from a larger plan to a smaller one because it involves reducing the intensity of our team’s work and slowing down the time in which the scope of work that has been established is to be completed.
  • It is more difficult to switch from a lower plan to a higher one due to the need to speed up work on the established scope of work, where this requires the team of experts to check their processing capacity. Each switch from a lower plan to a higher plan must be approved before the change.

As part of the subscription-based cooperation, an additional scope of support is provided, which we can provide depending on the selected plan. Each cooperation requires appropriate communication before and during the implementation of the task, and ultimately also help in learning how to use new functionalities.

The subscription plan provides:

  • Member support via email – Response time to email is 5, 2.1 hours during working hours from 9:00 – 18:00 and from Monday to Friday.
  • Live chat support – the possibility of consulting an expert in the form of advice and educational support.
  • Online training on functionalities – is available to every client after the implementation of a single solution, to show how to use and set it up.
  • Post-implementation Support – Help and service in the technical scope with possible changes and corrections includes: 30, 90 and 365 days from the completion of the implementation for the client.
  • Ecommerce Consulting – We advise on how to improve online sales and use the hybrid sales we offer.
  • Marketing Consulting – We advise on how automation can improve the work of the marketing department based on the offered solutions.
  • AI & Automation Consulting – We advise on how many business processes can be automated in a given industry.
  • Analytics – at the client’s request, we connect an analytical tool, thanks to which it will be possible to observe the effectiveness of the solution implemented at the client’s.
  • Revisions of work performed – determines how many times the client can verify a given scope of work and submit comments.
